24/7 Media Host was founded in 2023 around a simple idea: broadcasters should not have to explain basic radio concepts to a generic hosting provider every time something goes wrong. The platform catalogue uses established tools and standards including Linux servers, Icecast, SHOUTcast, Liquidsoap, FFmpeg, AzuraCast, SonicPanel, RTMP, HLS and VDO Panel. The exact combination depends on whether the customer is running audio radio, visual radio, live events, podcasts or on-demand media.

Development beyond hosting

A station's stream is only one part of its identity. 24/7 Media Host also develops responsive radio websites, branded HTML5 players, mobile apps, Alexa skills, metadata services, recently-played widgets and custom broadcast dashboards.
